Our primary partnership was with PETRIT SPAHIU SH.P.K, the importer of the Cricket lighter brand in Albania. They faced challenges in distributing and promoting the lighter due to strong competition. We collaborated to distribute and promote Cricket lighters across various wholesale and retail outlets, including tobacco shops, markets, and supermarkets. However, our partnership ended when a local company obtained exclusive rights for Cricket lighters in Albania.
In 2016, we entered into a cooperation with PREVISA, an Albanian manufacturer of plastic products. They had introduced cigarette brands such as HANDELSGOLD, VASCO DA GAMA, and CORONA ESPENCIAL to the market but faced difficulties in distribution and sales. We successfully took over the distribution and achieved significant results in selling these brands across all sales points in Albania. However, PREVISA decided to focus on their own Albanian production and brand, leading to the termination of our partnership.
Around 2019, we began importing brands from Greece, including GIZEH, SWAN FILTER, and DISCOVER FILTER, although not exclusively. We purchased these brands from various branches in Greece. Our focus was on offering competitive prices and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in the Albanian market.
In 2023, we underwent a restructuring and established ATC Group Albania. We introduced the exclusive brands ELF BOX and DOLODA from our reliable partner, DOLODA TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD., to the Albanian market, bringing renewed focus and energy to our operations.
